Retail Floor Lead – South Congress

The Retail Floor Lead role is onsite at Vuori’s South Congress store in Austin, TX. Compensation is listed at $17–$20 per hour, plus team pooled commission. The Floor Lead guides the retail floor and helps the store leadership team maintain sales and service standards. What you'll do

• Work with the sales team to deliver customer experiences
• oversee the sales floor and assist customers with fitting rooms, sizing, style, and fit
• share product and replenishment information
• lead day-to-day store operations when the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager is absent
• motivate the team toward sales goals
• support projects, inventory communication, store maintenance, restocking, visual merchandising, cleaning, and opening and closing procedures.
