What you'll do

• Lead residential HVAC system installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and indoor air quality equipment
• perform system change-outs, retrofits, and upgrades
• verify sizing, ductwork adjustments, electrical connections, and refrigerant charge
• oversee jobs from start to finish
• follow manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company standards
• complete equipment start-ups, testing, and commissioning
• maintain clean and safe job sites
• train and mentor apprentices and junior installers
• delegate tasks and coordinate with installation management, warehouse/fleet, and sales.
