What you'll do

• Administer oral, injectable, intravenous, and topical medications
• evaluate patient conditions and monitor pain and vital signs
• perform routine assessments
• connect patients with community resources for medication administration, self-care, and disease management
• conduct medication reviews
• perform mental health assessments
• document medical histories in electronic health records
• communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• maintain an organized, stocked, and clean clinic. The schedule includes shifts of 7–10 hours during clinic operating hours, every other weekend, and some major holidays.
