Accounts Receivable Specialist

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of commercial cleaning clients
• review contracts and invoice accuracy
• conduct relationship-focused B2B collections on past-due balances
• track, reconcile, and report AR aging across approximately 250 or more accounts
• investigate billing discrepancies, short payments, and disputes
• escalate high-risk or unresolved accounts
• coordinate with operations and account teams
• maintain customer records in the accounting system.
