Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver

The Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver role is onsite in Winston-Salem, NC, with pay of $19–$21 per hour. The position supports warehouse operations and customer deliveries for Johnstone Supply – J Team Group. The role keeps orders and inventory moving by receiving and storing shipments, preparing customer orders, processing returns, and maintaining a safe, organized warehouse. It also operates a box truck and warehouse equipment and assists with deliveries as needed.

What you'll do

• Receive, inspect, and store shipments
• pick and pack orders for customer delivery or inter-store transfers
• process returns and warranty paperwork
• maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and proper storage
• safely operate a delivery box truck, forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
• maintain a clean, organized, safe warehouse
• and assist with loading and deliveries as needed.

Why this role

Required experience includes warehouse equipment, delivery vehicles such as vans or box trucks up to 26 feet, and inventory management systems. A valid REAL ID or passport is required, or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience is requested.
