What you'll do

• Work with the dietitian to align meals with residents’ nutritional needs
• review menus
• handle food safely and prepare and serve meals
• follow portion guidance and verify special diet trays
• serve meals and snacks on time
• coordinate food service with other departments
• maintain equipment and clean work areas
• obtain supplies and follow sanitation, safety, and facility policies.
