What you'll do
- Evaluate workflows and identify gaps, bottlenecks, and automation opportunities
- document current and future processes and maintain procedures
- own evaluation, implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP, CRM, WMS, and related systems
- lead system implementations and cross-functional projects
- establish data standards and reporting
- partner with Finance and department leaders on budgets, forecasts, margins, and controls
- develop an operations and technology roadmap.
