What you'll do

• Represent technology companies and venture capital investors in mergers and acquisitions and related corporate transactions
• advise clients on structuring, due diligence, negotiation, signing, and closing
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
• manage transaction components and client relationships
• work with clients, opposing counsel, investment bankers, and other professionals
• mentor junior attorneys.
