What you'll do

• Analyze project scope, requirements, logistics, and schedules
• select estimating methods
• perform quantity take-offs and review historical project data
• identify risks, cost drivers, assumptions, and exclusions
• prepare estimates, bids, and pricing summaries
• provide value analysis
• maintain project information in ProCore
• coordinate estimating meetings and bid invitations
• review subcontractor and supplier pricing
• conduct site visits
• present estimates
• communicate lessons learned
• mentor and train project engineers and estimators.
