What you'll do

• Direct, supervise, and coordinate clinical nutritional care
• develop, review, revise, and implement policies and procedures for compliance with JCAHO standards and applicable regulations
• prepare the monthly Performance Improvement Clinical Nutrition Report
• develop and implement plans for high-quality resident nutrition care
• participate in or lead interdisciplinary teams, committees, and food service managers’ meetings.
