Licensed Insurance Customer Service & Sales Specialist

Job overview

The Licensed Insurance Customer Service & Sales Specialist role is onsite in Fremont, MI, with compensation of $17–$20 per hour. The position supports insurance product sales and client service at NTI. The specialist engages prospective and existing clients, assesses their needs, recommends insurance solutions, and manages policy and client-record administration. The role also provides ongoing support and helps clients understand coverage while contributing to sales and client satisfaction.

• Engage prospective and existing clients through telemarketing, outside sales, and in-person meetings
• assess client needs and recommend insurance solutions
• process policies and update client records
• comply with HIPAA requirements
• negotiate policy terms
• address inquiries and resolve issues
• assist with marketing initiatives
• collaborate with benefits administration
• maintain knowledge of products, trends, and regulations.
