What you'll do

• Welcome and recognize members and guests
• answer inquiries about dining, membership, amenities, and events
• manage reservations, seating, waitlists, and dining-room flow
• answer calls
• assist with membership information and registration
• stay informed about club activities and offerings
• coordinate with servers, bartenders, management, and other departments
• address concerns professionally
• maintain a guest-ready area
• report concerning activity to management or security.
