Account Management Operations Intern

The Account Management Operations Intern works onsite in Hamilton, OH, with some travel to Columbus, OH. Compensation is $21 per hour. The internship supports ODW Logistics’ Operations Department at its Hamilton office; the company provides end-to-end supply chain services. The intern supports carrier onboarding and customer load planning, helping brokerage and account management teams coordinate carrier setup, paperwork, and advance-notice loads. Cross-training with other operations departments may be available as time and business levels permit.

What you'll do

• Assist with carrier setup procedures in the transportation management system and carrier paperwork
• communicate workload or planning issues to team leaders and account management or brokerage personnel
• maintain positive relationships with carrier, customer, and internal team personnel
• plan advance-notification loads with carriers
• cross-train with other operations departments as time and business levels permit.
