What you'll do

• Perform expert-level break-fix and preventive maintenance and equipment improvements
• troubleshoot production equipment and complex control systems
• use predictive technologies and interpret results
• lead and participate in continuous-improvement activities
• identify and source parts and suggest reliability improvements
• maintain equipment and records, including CMMS history
• follow safety policies
• train and coach less proficient technicians
• machining and welding tasks may be required.
