The Event Security (College Sports) is an onsite role based in Houston, TX. Compensation is $18.00 per hour. This role supports the event services team at Allied Universal® Event Services. The Event Security Officer is responsible for checking bags, enforcing access control, and implementing safety policies. This role exists to ensure the safety of guests and owners while providing superior customer service.
What you'll do
- Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
- Allow appropriate entry into each venue.
- Screen guests during entry via bag searching, hand wand or metal detector, and ID verification.
- Protect guests, staff, and venue ownership group assets.
- Respond quickly to potential crowd control issues.
- Provide a positive experience for guests.
- Provide guests with helpful directions.
