What you'll do

• Welcome studio visitors
• connect with prospective members by phone, text, email, and in person
• follow up with leads and schedule introductory experiences
• conduct studio tours
• explain classes and memberships
• work toward sales goals
• support member retention and account needs
• process retail and membership purchases
• assist with outreach and studio operations.
