The Maintenance Technician is an onsite role based in Albany, NY. The pay range is $18.50–$21.00 per hour, supporting the hotel operations team at Homewood Suites Albany. This role exists to provide guests with a high-quality hospitality experience by performing property maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment.

What you'll do

• Respond to guest requests, perform interior and exterior repairs, maintain laundry and kitchen equipment, service HVAC and water systems, conduct preventative maintenance inspections, manage inventory, complete work orders, and maintain cooperative relationships with other departments.
