What you'll do

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection
• verify patient identity and label specimens
• process, prepare, and transport specimens
• support patient comfort
• follow infection-control, safety, and quality procedures
• maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
• document collection details in the EMR
• assist with point-of-care testing and other laboratory duties
• and collaborate with providers and clinical staff.
