Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician role is onsite in Webster, MA. Compensation is $21–$23.50 per hour. The technician supports maintenance of Curaleaf’s grow house facility, helping keep the site operating smoothly. The role handles scheduled and urgent building maintenance across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, grounds, and equipment needs, while documenting deficiencies and completing work orders.

What you'll do

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, and site surveys
• repair doors, fixtures, flooring, and tiles
• troubleshoot basic electrical components and plumbing
• patch and paint walls
• assist with snow removal and grounds maintenance
• document deficiencies and complete preventive maintenance slips and work orders
• respond to urgent facility issues
• assemble, move, and install equipment.
