The Food and Drink Runner, Part-Time role is onsite in Geneva, Illinois. Compensation is $15–$21 per hour. Egg Harbor Cafe aims to build regular customers by providing a warm, family-friendly atmosphere and a wide variety of food. As part of the Hospitality Support Team, the runner helps front-of-house service flow by coordinating and delivering food and drinks. The role checks order accuracy and presentation, communicates requests to kitchen and wait staff, and helps keep dining and service areas clean and organized.

What you'll do

• Coordinate food and drink orders between wait staff and kitchen
• check receipts and assemble orders
• monitor preparation priority and quality
• assist with final presentation
• verify accuracy, presentation, and temperature
• deliver orders promptly
• communicate guest requests
• maintain and stock the runner area
• assist with cleaning, side work, and other assigned tasks.
