Through analysis and recommendations, the Finance Business Partner supports improvements in profitability, working capital, productivity, and overall business performance.

What you'll do

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and leadership presentations
• partner with operational leaders
• lead segment budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning
• analyze forecast accuracy, trends, risks, and opportunities
• support performance reviews
• recommend actions related to profitability, pricing, productivity, labor efficiency, equipment utilization, and costs
• prepare scenario and sensitivity analyses
• develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting packages
• perform customer, contract, branch, service-line, and working-capital analyses
• monitor receivables, billing, collections, and unbilled revenue
• partner with Corporate Accounting
• improve FP&A tools and data processes
• lead or coach finance resources if applicable.
