What you'll do

• Assist structural, mechanical, and welding crews
• move and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• prepare work areas and remove debris
• use basic hand and power tools safely
• support installation, maintenance, and repair of structural steel and mechanical systems
• maintain a clean and safe work environment
• follow company, OSHA, and site-specific safety requirements
• assist with demolition, rigging, and general construction tasks as assigned.
