What you'll do

• Lead planning and execution for industry trade shows, regional aviation shows, demonstrations, and customer events
• manage the annual events calendar and event budget
• coordinate vendors, logistics, travel, staffing, and demonstration equipment
• develop pre-show, at-show, and post-show plans
• create marketing materials and technical product collateral
• analyze market trends
• maintain brand consistency
• improve processes
• partner with cross-functional teams
• support onboarding or mentoring of junior staff as needed.
