What you'll do

• Facilitate accreditation and licensing compliance
• conduct statewide audits of clinical documentation, treatment, medication-assisted treatment, and case management
• develop corrective action plans
• prepare facilities for audits and surveys
• track deficiencies and trends
• conduct and create staff training
• maintain training and certification records
• supervise the QA and Training Coordinator
• develop quality assurance tools and reports
• provide onsite technical assistance and coaching.
