What you'll do

• Prepare meals using standardized recipes and maintain portion, quality and presentation standards
• complete daily prep and prepare for the next day’s operations
• monitor inventory, report low stock, assist with deliveries and inventory counts
• maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen
• report unsafe conditions and equipment issues
• assist with dishwashing and other kitchen tasks as needed
• respond to guest requests
• follow company policies and safety guidelines.
