Lease-Up Community Manager — Trolley Square

The Lease-Up Community Manager — Trolley Square role is onsite, initially based in Kennett Square, PA or Boothwyn, PA, with the future community under development in Wilmington, DE. Compensation is $70,000–$72,000 per year, plus bonus and commission opportunities. Berger Communities is preparing to launch Apartments at 1021, a new Class A luxury apartment community, with leasing anticipated to begin in May 2027. The manager will prepare for the community launch and lead day-to-day property performance, leasing, resident experience, and team operations. Responsibilities include setting occupancy goals, managing budgets and expenses, overseeing the resident lifecycle, handling rent collection and legal processes as needed, and partnering with the Service Manager on property readiness.
