Building Materials Associate

Job overview

The Building Materials Associate role is onsite in Delta, CO, with compensation of $22–$30 per hour. Rocky Mountain Building Solutions serves contractors, homeowners, builders, and remodelers purchasing building materials. The associate helps customers select products, processes transactions, and supports store and yard operations. The role contributes to customer projects by providing product guidance, maintaining inventory and displays, and coordinating pickup and fulfillment support.

What you'll do

• Assist customers with building material and paint selections
• answer product questions
• prepare quotes and process transactions, returns, exchanges, and special orders
• mix and tint paint
• stock merchandise
• monitor and count inventory
• receive and organize stock
• maintain safe retail and warehouse areas
• assist with loading and coordinate with yard, warehouse, and delivery personnel.
