UFC GYM Overnight Front Desk

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• answer calls and take messages
• check in members and verify membership
• assist with member service issues, membership cards, address changes, EFT setup or changes, and billing questions
• record member concerns
• respond appropriately to emergencies
• maintain the front desk, lobby, weight room, and exercise equipment
• complete safety checks
• log maintenance issues and lost property
• and perform assigned administrative tasks.
