What you'll do

• Own and prioritize a portfolio of client relationships
• keep records current
• conduct planned client touchpoints
• serve as a professional point of contact and coordinate internally with attorneys and staff. Coordinate client engagement initiatives with Marketing, identify and qualify opportunities, hand them off with context, partner with Sales and business development, and track engagement activity and outcomes.
