What you'll do

• Manage leasing from tours through move-in, including closing sales, completing lease documents, and inspecting units
• explain community features in relation to customer needs
• support renewals
• use marketing and social media strategies to increase traffic
• follow up with prospective and current residents
• maintain community and competitor knowledge
• respond to resident needs
• prepare lease documents, files, applications, and bookkeeping
• collaborate on resident events
• assist with other projects as needed.
