What you'll do

• Supervise maintenance and leasing staff
• review lease applications
• support occupancy through resident retention, leasing, and marketing
• monitor market conditions
• manage revenue, collections, expenses, and budgets
• address resident concerns
• oversee maintenance and vendor relationships
• coordinate resident communications and events
• prepare financial and marketing reports
• use property management systems
• inspect the property
• collaborate with leadership and HR.
