What you'll do

• Manage residential framing projects from mobilization through completion
• oversee framing for single-family homes, condominiums, and custom homes
• coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and trades
• review plans and identify conflicts or constructability issues
• submit and track RFIs
• maintain schedules across active sites
• monitor productivity
• coordinate and verify materials
• inspect progress and framing quality
• prepare for inspections
• manage correction and punch lists
• enforce site safety
• track labor, materials, changes, schedule impacts, and costs
• report progress and risks
• coordinate turnover to the next phase.
