What you'll do

• Lead frontline Vital Records Help Desk support, including onboarding, offboarding, system access, and data-quality inquiries.
• Troubleshoot user workflows and application issues, coordinate and co-facilitate training, conduct user testing, document findings, update procedures and manuals, and maintain compliance with state standards, confidentiality policies, and reporting guidelines.
