What you'll do

• Lead daily field operations and maintain accountability for safety, schedule, quality, and jobsite performance
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
• develop and maintain look-ahead schedules
• monitor progress and develop recovery plans
• inspect work and manage corrective actions
• maintain jobsite safety and logistics
• coordinate inspections and permits
• prepare daily reports and maintain project records in Procore
• lead punch-list work, final inspections, and closeout.

Why this role
