What you'll do

• Process full-cycle multistate payroll for approximately 300 employees across five or more divisions
• use QuickBooks and Inova for payroll processing and records
• review earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefit withholdings
• partner with the Head of HR to resolve issues
• ensure payroll compliance
• respond to employee questions and discrepancies
• maintain records and assist with reporting, audits, and year-end processing
• identify process improvements.
