Retail Utility Associate

Job overview

The Retail Utility Associate role is onsite in Jacksonville, FL. Compensation is $18 per hour. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and supports the production team by keeping the work area clean and organized for efficient workflow. The associate helps maintain store and production areas, moves carts and discards, processes furniture, supports customers, communicates workflow needs, and follows safety procedures to help the team meet production targets.

What you'll do

• Provide courteous customer service
• answer customer questions or find answers
• remove trash and empty carts and replace them with full carts
• move discards to the baling area
• keep the back lot clean
• process furniture to designated areas
• maintain a clean and organized work area
• promptly address spills and hazards and report injuries
• notify the Production Supervisor when dumpsters need emptying
• support assigned production targets.
