What you'll do

• Manage daily field operations for multiple new-home projects from start through settlement
• execute schedules and maintain construction logs
• resolve scheduling conflicts with trade partners and internal teams
• monitor job costs, review invoices, validate extra-work orders, and report potential overruns
• inspect work for compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and quality standards
• maintain safe, clean, organized sites
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners
• participate in pre-construction meetings and homeowner walkthroughs
• serve as the homeowner's primary field contact
• prepare homes for inspections, orientations, settlement, and warranty handoff.
