What you'll do

• Train new scribes, create onsite training schedules, conduct didactic training on medical terminology and EMR documentation, administer competency exams, facilitate clinical practice shifts, conduct refresher training, manage monthly scheduling, serve as the main contact for scheduling conflicts, review timecards, assist with performance evaluations, and audit charts.
