Regional Controller – East Region

The Regional Controller – East Region is an onsite role in Newark, NY, with compensation of $175,000–$195,000 per year. The role supports financial leadership across five manufacturing sites and partners with regional operations leaders to improve financial and operational performance. This position exists to strengthen financial rigor, reporting, and operational discipline across the East Region. It translates financial results into actions, supports value-creation initiatives, and oversees close, reporting, cost accounting, and planning.

What you'll do

• Partner with General Managers and regional operations leadership on margin improvement, cost discipline, and cash generation
• translate financial results into operational drivers and corrective actions
• support productivity, pricing, footprint, and working-capital initiatives
• own monthly close and financial reporting
• prepare site statements, variance analysis, and management packages
• oversee standard costs, bills of materials, labor and overhead absorption, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variance analysis
• support inventory management and physical counts.
