The Security Shift Supervisor role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, paying $23.25 per hour, paid weekly. The supervisor supports Allied Universal’s security services at an assigned customer site and coordinates the work of security officers on a specific shift. The role exists to help ensure consistent, quality security service and effective communication among officers, site leadership, and operations management. It contributes through staff supervision, coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved scope of authority.

What you'll do

• Supervise and coordinate security staff on the assigned shift
• serve as liaison among the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and security officers
• provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range
• handle common and crisis situations calmly
• prepare written reports and logs
• provide customer service and use site technology.
