What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors, banks, and private credit lenders in debt financing transactions
• advise on term and revolving loan facilities
• work on leveraged buyouts, acquisition financings, and corporate growth transactions
• and draft and negotiate credit agreements, commitment papers, collateral agreements, and related deliverables.
