The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is an onsite, part-time school-year position in Boulder, CO, scheduled for approximately 20 hours per week from about 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Pay is $24–$34 per hour. What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior support plans and skill-building programs under qualified supervision
• provide one-on-one or small-group student support
• use approved positive reinforcement strategies
• collect and share behavior and progress data
• follow behavior intervention plans and school procedures
• collaborate with teachers, special education staff, related service providers, and families
• maintain confidential records
• participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
