Full-Time Leasing Agent

What you'll do

• Greet and qualify prospects
• conduct property and model tours
• track leads and follow up
• assist with applications, deposits, and move-ins
• secure lease and move-in paperwork
• process applications and verifications
• maintain prospect records and vacancy reports
• prepare leases and renewals in AppFolio
• update listings and respond to inquiries
• support outreach, property presentation, resident questions, renewals, and events.
