What you'll do

• Clean assigned apartments, common areas, lounges, and offices on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules
• sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and spot-clean floors and carpets
• clean and sanitize bathroom fixtures and facilities
• maintain cleaning equipment and supplies
• collect and dispose of trash
• collect, clean, and redistribute community laundry
• keep commercial laundry areas sanitary
• store chemicals securely
• keep cords, carts, and equipment clear of exits and hazards
• report repair and supply needs.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent and prior housekeeping experience are preferred. The role requires courteous interaction with residents, guests, and staff and physical activity including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
