What you'll do

• Build rapport and understand customers’ formalwear needs
• use product knowledge to guide styling and fit
• conduct fitting appointments and advise on fabrics and accessories
• support customers through checkout
• help set up events and coordinate group orders, exchanges, and adjustments on the online platform
• meet individual and team sales goals
• maintain showroom presentation
• collaborate with teammates and stay informed about products and styling trends.
