What you'll do

• Review requests for proposals, plans, and specifications
• assess scope, materials, compliance factors, and project costs
• complete take-offs and prepare estimates and proposal elements
• coordinate insurance requirements and RFQ paperwork
• obtain approvals before submission
• maintain estimate records
• solicit updated subcontractor and supplier pricing
• price change orders and project impacts
• support project kickoffs and prequalification documentation
• travel occasionally to jobsites to assess requirements.
