What you'll do

• Develop budgets and forecasts
• analyze sales, expenses, wages, financial data, and market trends
• identify cost-saving and productivity opportunities
• maintain accounting and operational controls
• lead finance and accounting team members
• communicate with owners and property leadership
• manage working capital and cash flow
• ensure accurate profit-and-loss and balance-sheet records, tax monitoring, timely reports, and compliance with operating procedures.
