What you'll do

• Welcome guests
• provide wait times and monitor waiting lists
• manage reservations in MindBody
• escort customers to simulator or bar areas
• share information about specials, memberships, and leagues
• acknowledge departing customers
• coordinate with wait staff
• maintain the reception area
• answer calls and inquiries
• assist other staff as needed.
