What you'll do

• Serve as a subject matter expert on accommodation laws and programs
• manage the interactive process for accommodation requests
• partner with Legal to recommend accommodations
• communicate approved accommodations and outcomes
• respond to inquiries
• track cases in EthicsPoint
• prepare and distribute reports
• identify process improvements
• maintain confidentiality and accurate case documentation.
