Through direct care and coordination with other departments, the RN supports patients’ rehabilitation goals and helps guide their recovery.

What you'll do

• Supervise care and treatments
• lead patient assessments
• tailor care plans
• address patient concerns
• build relationships with patients and families
• coordinate and communicate with other departments
• provide direct patient care when needed
• and serve as a resource for staff with complex patient needs. A valid RN license is required
• CPR certification is listed, with ACLS and CRRN preferred.
